On another thread I told of the problem I had using a discount code w/ GoDaddy & of the "canned" response I received that sounded like they never even read the support ticket. Finally, I decided it wasn't worth the time & gave up. Well, I received an email asking me to reply w/ the screenshots of the invoice showing the errors, which I did. GoDaddy responded telling me to re-submit & they will refund the difference. (Since I can't use the code a 2nd time it has to go thru @ regular price 1st.) Just goes to show - make copies so you have proof.
