So, I'm getting this problem from yesterday and I'm in a grave problem. All was okay until 9 AM IST yesterday, then suddenly I'm started to getting this fuckin error-
I've promptly contacted their support team and after 24 hours(9 AM IST), still no reply from them. I have opened a second support ticket 2 hours ago and that is still not answered as well.
I have all my usernames and passwords saved there in text files including 2 bot(Jarvee 70 account license and GramDominator unlimited license) running there. Also, 2 of my other projects information saved there as well. You can say all of my 6 months hard work is saved there.
Like a d*ck I didn't take any backup so you can say I'm on the edge of some great danger.
I checked their BST and that was closed too which is my main concern. Because you can smell something fishy when someone closes their BST after a big promotion(50% off).
I'm still getting their promotional emails of discounted products(big discounts 50% and above), which makes the whole scenario fishier.
So, I'm asking for help from senior MODs @Don't Panic @Apricot @Zwielicht @BHWMPS @BassTrackerBoats @davids355 to share ideas to get out from this situation. And as @WootHosting was a marketplace seller, I know you guys will find some way to contact them regarding this issue.
I know it's not me alone, but lots of BHW members are facing this problem right now who bought VPS from @WootHosting previously.
So, guys share your issues here.
This is really a grave situation for me as my whole 6 months hard-work(15-17 hours of work) will go in vain if this problem is not sorted out. So, I'm looking for some suggestions, advice or anything useful..
