Something funny is happening today on BHW

After a few attempts I still could not login but when I decided to read a post I could see that I was logged in. Again when I went to the homepage I see this http://prntscr.com/2cjxml

Anyone knows what's happening?

Yes same thing just happened to me, it was strange and never happened before.
