Something devastating happened someone please explain this.

I had been making steady progress with my youtube channel that I started a little over a month ago.

I had been making a bunch of shorts.

One of my shorts took off and I have mentioned this in previous posts here. I got 8,000 views on it and on that day alone I went from like 60 subs to 110.

I was shocked and happy to see that things I was doing were working. On that video alone it says +38 subs currently in the analytics.

I refreshed my page just now and I see my subscriber count at 70. So around 30-35 subs literally just poofed.

I have never bought any of my subscribers from any smm panel. All 100 were real people.

I know it is possible for one person or two people to unsubscribe but literally an hour ago I had 100+ and right now i refreshed my page and I am at 70.

How is that possible? I feel absolutely sick.

Generally, it's normal to see fluctuations in your subscriber count. If it seems that your subscriber count has changed or dropped, it could be for one of these reasons:

What does it say in your analytics?
 
To be honest, I never heard about such a great drop (% wise). Could be that those accounts were banned, but I doubt that. Keep us updated if you find something bc this is strange af.
 
Whatever happens, keep working, be creative with your thumbnails and try to have short titles, video content not to mention.


If you are consistent, Y will skyrocket a video or two sooner (hopefully) or later and works pay off.


Don't watch stats, work and get things done. Adjust along
 
Look I dont mind losing the subs etc.

I just want to know if my youtube channel is compromised or if youtube has put some sort of a strike on my account for no reason etc.

I am quite sure it has something to do with that shorts video that exploded. I say this because a week ago somewhere here I read a person say something EXACTLY like what I said. This user claimed to get x hundred subs in a day and a few days later he said that his subs all poofed.

At the time I thought it was probably a guy doing some hanky panky with fake subs etc so I didnt think much of it. Until it has happened to me.

/e currently the analytics havent updated. Will drop in here if I see something there when it updates a tthe end of the day.

it's normal, the same as site ranking in GSE (Google Search Engine).
when your video start getting recommended from Youtube, than the view will increase with a spike.

Dont worry about it much,
just keep going, you will see
even more strange things
happening with your stats
as time goes by...
 
Its normal to lose 30% of your subs in an hour all at the same time when all of them were real users not bought from a company?

I am not a youtube star by any means but this is also not my first youtube channel and I have never seen such a huge drop in an hour. Rest assured it is probably some sort of error on youtubes part but why everyone is acting like its normal is beyond me?

I mean, Im not sure if I should even be focused on creating shorts now if this sort of behavior will happen again.
 
Such a drop isn't normal, if you aren't buying subs or doing exchanges subs for subs, then there's something wrong definitely.
Can you check the video analytics that brings you those subs, for the traffic source, all the views are organic "Youtube Search"? check percentage, maybe one of your friends botted your video who knows

I have 7.9k views on the video. 80% of those are from shorts. Because the video is a short.

10% of those are from suggested but those views I had bought from smm panel.

The video got 300+ likes and 20+ dislikes of which maybe 30 were from smm panel the rest were all organic and real.

Yep bro .. it's still happening randomly
Got decent subs from shorts recently but some are still dropping .. not all but it's strange as u said .. and i didn't buy or exchange subs before on that channel ..
 
Everything is fukd up because of these shorts feature. Same happened with me. Uploaded a shorts video, Gets less than 10 views on Day 1 and then suddenly on Day 2 it's 10k+ views & 30-40+ Subscribers. Then again the video goes back to normal with 10 views a day. Youtube stopped pushing it np but why the hell subscribers drop back to what it was earlier in no matter of time.
 
That’s why I scam YouTube with smm panels before YouTube scams me. Buy subs fuck their system. YouTube greedy mofos now playing ads on non YPP channels

YouTube is getting more greedy everyday. Hopefully their monopoly ends soon.
