Long term strategy you're best creating web2.0 content pointing to your money sites, then use scrapebox to strengthen these.

I would use SB to find high page rank sites and then manually post quality content to the sites. As opposed to just blasting away. I have noticed that after I do a SB blast the UV has a sharp spike for a day or 2. I might just give it a try on my adsense sites and see what happens - if the increase views = increased money in my pocket, but I would hate to lose my adsense account.
