i'm not a pro , else i wouldn't be asking for help
i think it should be installed on linux , i can buy the vps and the extra ips just wan't something that is working and that inbox well

You should first buy a server and some clean ip's. Its very important to have some clean ips to be sure that your emails will be delivered in Inbox and not in Spam.
