Someone to setup e-mail marketing tools on VPS

I have data that I want to mail to and need some help doing so.

Looking for someone with experience in e-mail marketing to help setup interspire, powermta, etc. on a VPS and get this going for me.

I have ways to get SMTPs as well, but I need help in getting this thing up.
