Someone to do SEO in the Polish Internet

One of my clients wants to have some quality backlinks and social signals done in the Polish Internet (directories, likes, etc.). I myself am quite inexperienced in SEO, I mostly do writing and translation. I can build links in multi languages, have done that before with success and have ranked many websites targeting keywords in different language. But for Polish I have never ranked any website but I would like to give it a try if the option is open for me to. Please Pm or add me to skype if interested.
