Someone to develop Wordpress plugin gallery

Hi

I have a website being developed but the developer cannot find a gallery plugin for the type of gallery I like so I am looking for someone to make one.

I attach an image. Each thumbnail is a single picture and when clicked will load a set of images into the large frame.

I believe NextGen Gallery can do that

Could you send me a link? I am a designer so do not know much about development but have read there are issues with nextgen?
