I was shocked to see this with my own eyes. They took and copied every part of it. Is it anything I can do about that.

Happens all the time.. nothing you can do about it.. Usually it's just a noob and there not going to get far with it anyway. When it happens to me I just leave it alone.

BTW if he is using the images off of you server just change it to some gay porn pics and move your file to another location.

toxtom has the idea.... unless your using it for legit purposes. theres not really anything you can do.. then its the cost of legal action.. burden of proof is yours.. especially with so many templates that look AMAZINGLY simliar.. i would drop it. step your game up a bit..

that is unless he leaching from you ... check your bandwidth. if hes using your bandwidth.. thats money out of your pocket.. time to use the ole .htaccess and change all the images to gay porn or somthing.

There's not much you can do really. You could try reporting it to his host?

Forget the name but there's some site to post these pirated websites but its more for shaming the copycat and probably doesn't result in anything really.

Lots of big name designers have this issue and from what I've seen there's not much you van do about it.

Stealing sites is nothing that bad. I'm stealing myspace right now and mixing it up with a little facebook and youtube. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
