I sold my blog to someone. After a while. Ask to rent money from PayPal. Domain on NameCheap. So there's no way to get my site back. I want to destroy the site and domain until it becomes worthless

Always use an intermediary when selling sites, such as escrow.
Look on the bright side tho, you learned a lesson even if through the hard way.

how to destroy this website

If you own the domain and its on your namecheap then just change the passwords and login to it and gain back control?

You can always message the host of the website and show them your payment methods and explain the fraud transaction. Might be able to get it back or at least shut it down.

Nothing much you can do tbh, and never use paypal for selling blogs...

I would contact the icann and the domain registrar and take it from there.

I think icann can help you out. Reach to them and tell us if it worked.

You can use escrow.com, or dan.com as an intermediary. Also, paypal offers guarantees, so they can always pay first. Although, I wouldn't recommend going via paypal alone.

so u transferred the domain & transferred the whole website history to them and then they didnt pay by paypal or they asked for refund from paypal?

If there was a way to destroy your, you would be able to destroy any site then.

raise a dispute in paypal trasaction

Depending on the amount involved, you can sue the buyer. Even if the buyer is anonymous, you can still get the domain locked if you have a valid court order. Also, report this to the Namecheap support (although I doubt they would do anything without a valid court order).
