someone stole my site and is using it for spam need help

I have a site and i was spammed this morning with my own site front page but when you click the sign up it takes you to their site. And I am going to be getting all the heat for them spamming using my site and my links and making a profit from my design and idea anyone know what I should do? I can't even use my own site cause I'll get in trouble for spamming. I need help immediately anyone have some advise? :eek:

Request some help from your hosting service quick. Tell them all you know, the latest development, and also tell them taht you need help quick.
 
i contacted his hosting and told them the situation im sure they will close his account just for the spamming but also for using my site and links. I dont care what other people do on their sites spam or nit just not completely copy and pasting every word and every photo from my site and letting me find out about it I was spammed with my own site its kind of funny :p
 
I'm confused. I thought your site was hacked and they were spamming from it. Did you mean they copied your site and were pretending to be your site then leading them to some ads or something? Did they steal your domain?

I'm just curious about the attack. Been hearing a lot of this lately and want to protect myself against similar attacks.
 
hi no they didnt hack anything they copied my entire site word for word even the domain off by one letter and just started spamming and Me of all people received one of the email spam messages I clicked the link and it took me to my own site they used all my backend links as well so really he copied 2 sites total of mine

They can never out rank the original although it may be pestering to have someone try to go against you.
