Godaddy has 15 days domain transfer policy. If any domain stolen the owner can claim & get it back with in 15 days.

If you make so much money with those domains, why don't you take legal help? File an investigation and take it up from there.

If it were me, I'd keep pressing "Ctrl + Z" until domains get back to my account(automatically), instead of wasting my time on a forum or taking legal help.

If you are telling the truth, then there are more chances to get your domain back. Godaddy or any other registrar has policy to get back domain for a certain period and what you done in these days?
File a case in court or consult to the cyber police and also publish in news channels.

you are pissed by Godaddy not by anyone I can say, cause they have your domain control system and they can back it to you in few minutes....
