Someone Should Help Me Create Paypal pleasssssssssssssse

You're not seeing the "big picture" that comes with creating an account.

If I created an account from my IP and then all of the sudden another country logs in with it paypal will probably block my primary account.
Why should I take the risk for a stranger to do fraud with the paypal I create for him and ruin my account for $0?

Besides it's not just creating it, paypal will ask you to verify the account after a couple of weeks and other stuff and no one is going to use their personal info and credit card numbers just because "we have a good heart".

You want a paypal account pay for it in the appropriate section. Nothing in life is free.

Hi mate.. no need saying all these... I av figured out how to go about it. It's not about not wanting to pay. U may never understand. The means of payment has being my headache and if I make use of credit card, i will be cheated because dollar is dam high in my country now. A dollar is around 400 naira in my local currency and banks are even making it worst. Well, Payoneer is my best option. Someone already created for me and I got two other offers. Who is doing fraud? I work in upwork, I usually sell off my earnings but I wanted to reinvest part of my earnings on the instagram journey of a thing and I need to purchase stuff. That is why Im looking for paypal now. I want to easily make payments and try new stuff as I read them here. Well, nothing I say will make sense to u though. Thanks for the time. I av figured it out. Will purchase VCC and use a friend's address in SA and she will be willing to provide details for future verification . I use VPN to operate it.

I would recommend to go with btc, best thing ever. I lost with paypal over 2000$ when they froze my account, sent EVERY thing to them they requested and still blocked to this day.

Wow

that is scary... Paypal is too harsh... that is what they are doing to some guys in my counry. How many of these websites use payoneer? That is the problem. Also, I planned to be transfering and selling off immediately, not more than 300 dollars per transaction.
