My country is not paypal approved. We cant receive payment with paypal. I need legit paypal. A good friend with a good heart should simply help me create one. Im begging you all. Help meeeeeee.

Thanks mate.. Like seriously, no one is willing to help create for free? It'sjust an account. I dont even have means of paying the person. Cant there be a good fellow who can help?

Doubt anyone will make an account for free for you... It does take some time and the VCC and VBA costs money.

There are always ways to pay them: skrill, bitcoin, etc
 
I know some people create Paypal accounts on VPS

I dont av any of those things. Will risk it and create it from here and hope my account dont get limited when i av much cash inside..

What would be the point of getting it limited with money inside? Why don't you use bitcoin until you have enough and then trade with someone for a PayPal? They are not free to make for most people so there is no reason why they would give one to you free of charge. I am honestly struggling to get my head around why someone who has been here for three years doesn't understand that!
 
Even you get one, but how can you withdraw the money?

Just so you know for future, the word should implies that someone has an obligation to help you, like they owe it to you.
Could would have been a better choice of words.

If it's a venture that you are planning to make money from why don't you spare a bit for buying an account?
 
Try to find a friend in a country were they can do it for you, if you do not want to spend money , try to look for alternatives or partnert with someone to receive your payments.

If you make it yourself you would need at least a VPN to show paypal you come from a contry where u are registering, a bank account from that country a phone number for that country.

All that cost money at the end is not free, if you get to do it free and you need to verufy before taking your money you could loose ur earnings .

I sure you would finally be able to succeed but , patience is a key, and the mother to success.

I av been reading about it and I read an article that says I can get South African friend to help me with a full home address, number and zip code, the person said I can use a good free vpn to create the account and I can now purchase VCC to verify it. This looks promising. How do you see this idea? Do u think it will work?

You SHOULD avoid free vpn ;) thay are mostly over used , so it can bring only trouble to your account. Making a paypal account is not difficult, but first you need a plan to withdraw your money, or paypal will keep it.

Oh.. I dont play withdrawing it... In my country... there are people who need dollars for online shopping in the USA, China etc so they are always looking for paypal fund to use. That is how we make our money when we make paypal fund. Dollar is high in my country.
 
If the use is only for buying, and you have an VCC that will work with paypal... no need for headaches, just use ur VCC to pay through paypal.
