Someone point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for several renewable dedicated UK private proxies(virgin if possible) for use on paypal that does not show as a proxy/data centre. Ideal if i can have multiple locations to suit my paypal accounts locations within the UK. I run my accounts in VM's so it would be ideal if i could just opened my VM with proxy details already installed/ no need for login to service.

I've just had several accounts closed for connecting directly via VPN with a tidy sum of cash between them. Can anyone suggest a reliable source for my needs?
