Hi there, I'll try to explain our situation as much as possible. My brother and me have been doing random/funny videos then upload on youtube. But there is a channel that fakes us and upload our videos. This channel has even more views than ours because they share them on their fucking huge fanpage. I tried to contact, flag the fake channel but there is no response. My question is how can I flag the fake channel as FAKE/SPAM or something... Can I flag myself or need a crew flagging? Thanks in advanced.

Contact Youtube and file a copyright claim. Their videos will be taken down in a minute. Also, if they want to keep the videos up, request either payment or due credit in their big fan page, driving traffic to you. You gotta get paid somehow for your hard work.

Are your videos self made or do you just use FAIL/vine clips and put them to in a clip `?

If you own your videos and shot them yourself.
Claim copyrights to the videos that you own (3 strikes and their channel will go down).

If you don't own them.
Suck it up and work harder to promote.

if its bringing in alot of traffic you can go to youtube and put your videos in content ID , and make money off of the videos the other user is uploading (if theyre yours) ....other option is just to claim copyright and take the videos down . i would try for content id first and then copyright
