Someone Please help! Got viruses that I cant get out! I got both eset and malwarebytes!

If you do decide the manual removal method as suggested by davids355 you can get instructions from most antivirus sites. They can tell what to look for and where rather than googling each one. Davids355 method may be safer though. Just make sure you are getting instructions from VERY trusted sources or you can do some real damage to your system.

Looks like you need to back up all you important files and format your system. The only solution for you. Avoid the hassle.

According to what you are telling, the virus isn't allowing you to install an anti-virus.

Format the whole system!

Use this as a lesson.

I usually format my computer(s) with multiple partitions. I have a small partition for the OS and then a few larger partitions for files and programs. That way, if ever I get a pesky virus that messes my shit up, I simply pop in the OS disk and reformat/reinstall on my small OS partition. 20 minutes later, I'm back up and running and haven't lost any data.

Just make sure you keep the install files for your programs in one of those other partitions ;)

Best of luck to you. Though, for me, anything that would require me to boot in safe mode/multiple scans/msconfig/registry fixes... I'd just reformat, the chances of it coming back or not being cleaned completely are too great.

Well I couldnt remove it in safe mode, but a system restore worked perfectly! I am soooo happy right now. I would like to thank everyone that contributed to this thread...not a good feeling when stuff like this happens!

Common sense. Do not run any executable that comes from untrusted source. Do not use cracks. If you must run a program you can't verify, do it inside a virtual machine. Do not open "pics" someone sent you on chat - they can be executables disguised as pics. Learn to recognize what 's an executable and what 's not.

When you get them, it 's only a matter of luck if they can be removed - and you 'll never be sure. Trojans are not meant to make noise, they are designed to make your computer a slave.

Use procmon, handy tool at monitoring your registry, file, process profiling. The registry and the file monitoring is the most important thing i do when running an exe.

A system restore doesn't mean your computer is virus free now. It is still there, you better back up your files and format your system. System restore is not like you go back in the time like nothing had happened. The virus is still there and the safe way to get rid of it is to format your system.

It's not just a virus that an antivirus may identify. There are other threats that may be hidden even from antivirus that only specific programs can find. That's way a format is the best option. And sometimes they can't be identified from any known antivirus or program.

I just got rid of a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit (rootkit = make your computer a zombie, what means that whoever had created it, will have total access to your computer without your permission and awareness) that was hidden in my system.

If you want to make a better test use this program: http://www.greatis.com/security/

I am telling you all of these because this is the best advice possible, I'm sure that you don't want any one looking at your passwords when you access your Paypal or any other account. And that's why rootkit and similar programs have been created to spy on you without you know it and report all your deeds to its creator. I don't need to tell you what is going to happen next...

So Your saying either reformat of spend $100 bucks on this anti- virus is the only options?!

If still not solve your issue then try below.

Boot from safe mode with networking. Then download Avira free edition or kaspersky virus removal tool . These are FREE versions. Don't need to spend $$$$.

Then do a scan. Some viruses wont let you to install virus guards. If you have that problem, let me know. There's a method to fix that.
If still you issue not solved, go to safe mode and do a restore. If it wont allow or still not solved, let me know.
Hope you can repair...

You don't need to spend $100 bucks on it. Just install the trial, will work 100%.

If I were you even after a scan from this program I'd reformat the system, just to guarantee.

Here it is: http://www.greatis.com/security/download.htm

Just click on one of the two mirrors (http://www.greatis.net/security/download_regrun_platinum.html)

You are most likely fine with the restore point. If you are paranoid you can backup everything and reinstall but I have never seen a reason to do it unless you just like the speed of a fresh new system before you bog it all down with a bunch of programs that all think they are the only one running on your pc.

Again I say use virtualbox and run different things in their own environment. Then you get that fresh pc feeling all the time.

One more thing. You should NEVER install two competing anti-virus programs on the same OS. Both programs are bound to conflict (ie. read each others virus definitions as if they were in fact infected, and when trying to clean them, the other software will be most likely protected by the system drivers it installs to safeguard itself.

Just curious what virus protection you had at first and just a tip with your virus protection and male warebytes you should go for a good firewall... with that people say windows firewall is good enough but I don't know...

In the event that your system could not load in safe mode, you can use "teckie toolkit" or "Hiren's 15".
It will allow to boot into windows xp mini which runs on a cd/dvd.
Then you would do a system restore.
Anyway, I am glad the system restore worked in safe mode.
