The person mentioned in thread might be a billionaire or he might have bought these when Bitcoin was at $1 each. So do not feel that bad for him without knowing the situation.
 
It's not by mistake, nobody with that amount of bitcoin is that ignorant to do it. It's either an attempt to FUD the market or money laundering scheme used in what its' called as selfish mining.
