Someone needs a job..

I got a letter in the post today from someone applying to join my web design company. To be honest my company is small potatoes and isn't anywhere near the point where I want to be employing staff yet.

So anyway the guy sent me his CV and everything and seems really interested. Is there anyway I can monetize this guy besides offering him a job. Ideas..?

You could sell him to a landowner to work on the fields, but you 're a few hundred years late

Ask him to go into businesses and offer them sites/graphic work , If a sale is made pay him a percentage and when he starts getting more hire him per hour/day/week

I think CJ have a monster.com affiliate offer which pays about $50 per lead just for him uploading his CV - sounds ideal.

Not sure if it's still there though, as it was a few months back when i first saw it.
