Do not believe all youtube videos. It might be fake, if you find some proof shared by BHW member, it is believable.

The owner of that network uploaded that videos just to attract more publishers. Very common these days.

Can't say anything specific about the video in question, it got deleted, so I can't find it.
Nevertheless, we've got people in our Ad network and CPA network, who make even more than that. But I highly doubt that they'll bother to make any videos on YouTube
There are however a few good video reviews of our network, with truthful data and long lasting statistics. But they can be lost among "Adsterra fake click" and "Adsterra easy money" videos, with people who are usually banned in a day, because they try to cheat our system

I won't say that, because my best day I myself made 1.1k with a 12$ CPM.
Beside the traffic quality, the AM is the key, they can get you the best CPM, or the worst. Unfortunately, I don''t have the luck, now looking for alternative.

do you mean that we send traffic from popads to adsterra then from adsterra to propellarads ?

For me adsterra is working best , on a good day i am getting CPM upto 7$. My suggestion is adsterra if tier 1 traffic for popads and if you have tier 3 traffic use popads .net
