SOMEONE know Insta-BOT ?

i just bought this bot before 7-10 months ago and i dont know how to active the unfollow function..
they support dont answer on my mails..

someone know this bot and can explain to me how to unfollow??

when i try to unfollow is write to me in the task like this:

i cant use the unfollow action in insta-bot... (insta-bot.net) not yours...
i think i need to create a new txt file with some numbers of the users i want to unfollow?
but how and what i need to do? thnx!
