Hi guys

does anyone know a good ticket system? Requests must be easy to manage.

Requirements:
- cheap per agent
- easy User Interface (non technical guys works with this solution)
- cloud based (iOS & Android app nice to have)
- min. 4 E-Mail addresses supported (info, bill, support, request)

The built-in ticket system of WHMCS is good, you will get unlimited agents and support departments. Kayako is another option but more expensive.

Kayako is good depends on what you want to spend tho

When I had my hosting company I hated them all so much that I wrote my own system. I do have to say that WHMCS has a pretty decent setup these days though. The restrictions and fees on Kayako, Zendesk, and Freshdesk just rub me the wrong way. I don't mind paying good money for something, but getting bent over a desk monthly per agent is another thing entirely.

the best ticket system is when someone sends you an email, a ticket has been created automatically.
I think zendesk is good
