So why don't you report his sites too if you want revenge? Do same what he does to you..
BTW I also lost like 8 websites from last month for 'pure spam'. I also use BH niches. Maybe same guy is reporting me too. Can you please PM me some of these niches or just his sites? Maybe we have same enemy.

Wars often end up with no real winner. If you can rank sites in competitive niches, try something else. Not satisfying, but from a business perspective, an endless spiral of "I report you and you report me" doesn't make you any money.
With moneysites in the "pure spam" or "thin content" category, you'll always be easily attackable via spam reports, no matter how well you hide your PBN or how diversified your links are, because it's onpage penalties. In niches like hacks, phone numbers, etc. with database generated sites, it's increbibly easy to get sites kicked. Google is actively looking for these types of sites, too, so moving to some more relaxed and still profitable niches maybe better.
