Let me break down to you, as I did that for years,
.gov website are owned by US
All search engines respect authority of such sites
Sometimes gov allow citizens to register complaint on Portal
Some portal accept complaint on pvt
Some for sale of transparency publish these complaint no matter what content
Black Hatteras exploit this display mechanism
