Actually if he is using a clickbank affiliate link on his site (assume he is as this is the clickbank section) then check his ID and report him to clickbank (Spam/DMCA) and they will get him to remove the content otherwise his account will be suspended.

You've got many options once u stop being kiddish, u can always file a DMCA complaint, report to his cpa company, etc etc
