I'm waiting for some idiot to post and tell you it's a virus and you have to format & reinstall, it's the only way to fix it.
 
yeah i'd say you've managed to change the keyboard layout to euro somehow, if you don't have the language bar near your task try you can go through control panel

or you could format and reinstall windows, that'll fix it :p
 
It may not be the keyboard but the OS as well. How about trying another keyboard to rule out a hardware problem?
 
Under the 'region and language' (for win 7) section you can change the language for the keyboard layout. You might want to try that.
 
Might be a good idea to trouble check the keyboard itself. If it's just the question mark giving you an accented E, it's probably not KB settings.

Thanks guys I found out the answer lol. On windows 7 you just click on the keyboard picture on the bottom right of the screen and change it to us! It was pretty tough to google!

i think somehow your os language has changes. you need to to get back to "English". which OS u r using?
