No. You can not get the monetization approval or if you get there have a chance to loss every thing like account, adsense and youtube channel also. Always use the unique content to get a best result.

Video Spin Blaster works differently, it wont spin others videos, if you make 10 images then you can create unique videos using those ten images, like
1 video, image 1 ....... image 10
2 video, image 2 ........ image1
10th video, imgge 10......image n
you can also add videos in it, but video content will not get spin...
For youtube its hash id will be different and it seems to unique video hash id.
it will be useful for mass spamming on youtube
