i see lot of youtuber doing this , they zoom in on video and zoom out to avoid copyright claim . please if anyone can tell me how is this works. and how to edit like this . thank you

you can do it with Filmora or Premiere Pro but I don't know if we can automate the task.

Very interesting, never knew with this way we can bypass the copyright. We learn something new every day!

As to your question, I think they're using Filmora, I also have this tool.
