Has anyone else received an e-mail from paypal saying that you recently changed your password. I figured it was a hoax straight away but what happens is if you click the link to go your login it takes you to a geocities site so im guessing once you go there and login it records your e-mail and password

hope you wasn't enough silly to bite such scam LOL.

No of course not, but there are plenty people out there who would panic and the try to log on. What is even more stupid is it says the email is from serviceintl .paypal and then when you open the email its the typical xxfymdusfd email address. I hope they get found out and quick

Well Fake Logins are still around and there are many people who dont know What they are.

Easy Phishing scam, but paypal is usually on top of it.

Unless the person throws in a $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] and logs your IP in the Email and uses a proxy that is close to you, paypal more than likely will block the login. I forgot to sign off my VPN once and they actually called me about 3 minutes later. Kind of baffled me though since I do have a SecurID bound to my account with them.

Sent an e-mail to paypal so that should be the end of that anyway
