Someone guide me I am losing it!

I have only one site, that I have been trying to get on top for few keywords but I just can't get it nowhere!. I tried with Senuke and I think instead of helping me the serp it hurt my site. Few of the keywords that I used to rank from 80 to 30 ranking in are now over 100. I have a great on site seo on the posting but its just the off site seo that i am struggling with. I have read here many time how the backlinks should have diversity in them with web 2.0, article submissions, blog commenting, rss feed, bookmarking Etc. I just don't know where to start! how many of each type of backlink should I create everyday. Please Help!. The site is 5 months Old. Most of the content on the site is not unique is that the problem?

Delete all the content and write new original content.

There you have one BIG problem, but there are also many factors that can be the cause of not having ranks/traffic, and with the latest google algo updates now its difficult even for some experienced of us to easily rank sites like we did few years before.

You have to take it easy and re-think all you did, continue reading about the latest trends about on-site and off-site seo and start applying them, but most of all, detach a little and view things as a big picture.

And don't forget to have unique and quality content on your site from now on. Good advice from the bestmate user "Delete all the content and write new original content."

1) You need more than one site; putting all the eggs in one basket is never a good idea.

2) Your keyword density should be less than 3%

3) Social bookmarks = waste of time

4) The content is not unique? That's the #1 problem right there.

From the above comments your site looks like have dup contents, well if that is true then you have to remove all of those and start writing unique ones. If you do not have the time and or talent to write unique content then outsourcing it won't hurt you. Also stay white this time, after the penguin update wearing the white hat is the safest and sure way to dominate the serp.

Nuke isn't the problem
But duplicate content IS a massive issue.
By linking to dupicate content you are highlighting your issues and getting slapped.
All your linking methods are fine. Bookmarks are not first tier links (they rarely allow you to add enough content to give context) but they are very good for indexing and diversification

NEVER use duplicate content (other than snippets or quotes) on your own site.
While some reckon "content curation" still works, even that needs to be mixed with a LOT of your own stuff, and is far from ideal.

Linking seems fine - remember to deep link externally, and also within your own site with a good range of anchor text
Diversify anchor text and backlinking platforms far more than before.
