Someone good with JavaScript - Very simple greasemonkey script or FF/Chrome plugin

When I say simple I mean simple. The script need to take specific information based on the user input (selected images). Basically, I need ability to select pictures and take from them picture url and title nothing more. Also I need ability to add some text (very short text) below the picture, and after one page is done I need to be able to copy those information and save them to txt.


You need to be able to receive PayPal or moneybookers!
