Someone from Uruguay using Payoneer? or any other debit card?

Just curious. I want to know if in Uruguay ATMs give dollars for account outside the countryor just they give local currency for foreign accounts, for ex. Payoneer, Paxum, etc.

I don't know for UY, but in my country there are ATMs which can give you USD but not all ATMs have it.

fees may be higher but you have a debit card from Belize...

As mentioned above, there are some ATMs in non-USD based countries that do offer foreign currency withdrawals. You will be able to use your Payoneer card to withdraw in any currency supported by MasterCard.
