I cannot connect to my VPS, try about 3 hrs. now. Their support is offline. Already submit ticket and send contact us, no answer yet. If anyone from Poweruphosting here, please help. I need to get report for my client. Thanks!

I read on that thread and the op said I should not post there, so I post here because I try everything I can with no success. And look like ugjunk is offline (late at night in USA). Strange that their support also offline (24/7 support).
