No, this is not how its works. You can use keyword harvester in scrapebox and use google and other search engines with it.
I would suggest you to try scraping their sitemap https://www.forbes.com/sitemap/ using sitemap scraper addon on extension (its free).
Its much easier with sitemap scraping as google limits scraping queries.

To scrape what? I mean I would say scrapebox in general, but it depends based on what it is you want to scrape.
Scrapebox is the best all around scrape program hands down, but it does have some limitations, hence the question

I heard that octoparse was suppose to be the best or web Harvey!

Ive not ever used those 2 tools, because I don't need to. Scrapebox is $67, its a lifetime license, it does both of the things you want to do, and it literally has tens of thousands of other applications, so Ive no need to use another program.
