Someone copied my channel!

That really takes long...

I had similar case 2 years ago, all I did is report around 5 or more stolen videos and the account channel was banned/deleted.

I really hope that I will manage to ban his channel since he doesn't want to delete my content. Even though I asked him to do it he still continues to reupload my videos. It's really annoying to see your work stolen in 5 minutes.
 
You can just send a lot of fake traffic his way. Souldnt take more than 15min to set up. Get his vids banned.

I don't think that is necessary to do it. YouTube already started to delete his videos. The only thing that I don't understand is why his channel is not banned yet giving the fact that Youtube deleted about 40 videos. He didn't get a strike for that?

I've very little experience with youtube, havent done anything with it in about 4 years, but i used to reupload a bunch of videos (no editing) and my channels are still up and working, one of them even has adsense activated.
 
UPDATE: His channel is finally got BANNED!!! I must say that I fell a bit sorry for him but he really didn't give me another option (I asked him many times to remove my content and he continued to re-upload my videos). Thanks everyone for your help!
 
Did you end up reporting the user or did YouTube finally get around to it after you reported the videos? Might be good to know for anyone in the future who may have the same issue.

I did everything :)) I reported 60 videos and his channel for impersonation.
 
why feel sorry for him. He's a thief, you think he would feel sorry for you? There are many like him on youtube, all they do is steal others contents and they have a software they use to mass copy and mass upload your contents, he would continue to do it to other people. What i dont iunderstand is why it took youtube so long to ban his channel. If you had reported to [email protected] it doesnt usually take long.
I cannot stand people like that, they re useless thieves.
 
If he ignored you he probably has many more channels doing the same thing so don't feel bad. Maybe he is even a member here!

don't feel sorry for him... i guess he use a software to clone your account, so it didn't cost him anything, you lost a lot of time spent in sending take-down claims, you are the victim here, don't forget that.
anyway, how did you noticed that cloned channel? the stupid used the same video titles and tags?

I searched for my channel on Socialblade :)). He copied everything exactely as it was on my channel including title, description and tags.
 
How old is his channel ?
Is your channel's name Hitech central?
