Welcome to the internet. There is no unique sites out there. The worst is when the cloned sites has more success than yours...

Just send DMCA to whois email
after 48 hour send same DMCA to domain register company and Hosting company
wait for 48 then send DMCA to Hosting company data center
90% they will change the copy of site if that is not hosted on offshore hosting.
