Like, just now, I lost 1 ref domain and my DR remains the same yet my UR dropped from 21 to 0...
No, my ranking didn't change much. I'm just curious what made this happen and what it means in the near future for my website.
Has anyone else experienced something like this before? This is something very new to me.
I mean, if losing 1 ref domain makes my homepage to drop its UR like that... and yet my search engine ranking didn't change how can I trust ahrefs score?

Not demotivating you but the effecting search engine ranking can take some time.

the answer is in your graph itself @dsteins4756

if the external backlinks are lost then your kws lost your positions then Your referring domains will decrease

So check the backlinks of your site and build more metrics-based links you will regain your UR

Focus on your Hompeage URL same as your Internal pages so build links to both equally

and i think still not the Google didnt roll any algorithms for this month so make your site stronger with the referring domains and backlinks

Understand what UR is: https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/72658-what-is-url-rating-ur

As per ahrefs official explanation, UR compares pages to pages, whereas DR compares domains to domains.
So, the UR value of your page (i.e page url) is a reflection of overall UR of linking pages.

Based on that I can only think that the single link that you lost should have had enough UR value to contribute to your websites UR.

Ahrefs regularly crawls and analyzes the web. It's possible the UR drop reflects a recent update to their database, revealing changes in backlinks or their metrics.

What do you need the DR or UR indicator in Ahrefs for? It has no effect on SEO in Google.

Lately, I've noticed that Ahrefs has been cutting off the impact on its link metrics that were a sure trick, such as redirects from Google

Yep. Ahrefs have to catch up with Semrush (and Google ;)) which filter all this spam anyway. Never trust DR / UR - as you're saying, it is irrelevant metrics.

It turns out my website is back on track again in terms of UR... I think it was a temporary ahrefs issue or something.
