Somehow control 4G through PC?

I'm using my phones 4G internet on my computer when doing some work and using the planemode to get a new IP Address everytime, is there any way to accomplish this via using only my PC with a Dongle or something like that? My 4G changes IP everytime planemode goes on and off.

Do we have any experts?

use some apps that shows your phone screen on your pc and control it frrom there I used to use vysor app

Thanks for the suggestion, is vysor only for android? I only got a iPhone right now.
 
If you're on iphone, see if you can enable hotspot.
 
plain get and USB device with dedicated SIM card, rebooting it will change IP address.
 
How much mobile bandwith you spend for botting lets say 10 accs?

what is plain? And you mean a 4g modem that you plugin with usb and then insert the simcard and that would work? How would i automatically turn off and start the device without manually doing it?
 
Would it be best to purchase an android and a new simcard and use the Vysor app to control screen from PC or does anyone know a better solution?
