Well i do not know of any bulletproof hosting provider that provide unlimited bandwidth. If you do find one with decent specs the your probably looking at $300-500 a month

2- are the proxys 100percent secured or can an admin check the server ip? because a friend of mine got a ddos on his server and couldnt use it anymore.
There always a bit of risk with proxies. Though if your looking to get bulletproff hosting i wouldn't worry about them.
3- how many percent of the vbulletin, wbb boards can be xrumered? ive heard that the new versions have a special captcha code which cannot be cracked by xrumer. is this true or all vbulletin and wbb boards xrumerable - except those with security questions like 18-3 etc.
Well this depends on so many factors. Your XAS file, if your ip is banned, footprints etc. The more you use xrumer the better your success rate will become
