Some weird stuff keeps appearing in my google Analytics... annoying.

My wordpress site is pretty strongly secure.
I had zero comments.. or shall I say pages where someone could leave a comment.
Setup google analytics... to start tracking.. comments are still not open on any page, not even the blog area.

Now I see these lines of bullshit in my google analytics:

and now today I am seeing:
Congratulations to Trump and all americans

Both of these appear under Language.

12 sessions, and 4 sessions each.

The hell is going on?
