Some twitter help PLEASE!

i lost an account with over 80k, been scratching and clawing to get it back no luck,
i read on here of a way to get an invisible auto follow script on your website that makes anyone logged in follow you, can anyone help with that?
and also the new follower button ...would twitter suspend you if you used mass accounts to tweet out a landing page with that follow button can they track it? can the follow button be inserted in emails like the good old myspace days?

it was a female account so i acted a bit bitchy, dunno if that helped but i got it back after sending and replying to a few emails from support

that account is pretty much lost i have tried everything
