i'm still a newbie myself so i decided to give some tips to my fellow noobs.

so who are twitter users? 80% are bots or internet marketers, 10% little teenagers, 10% DJ's. most real users have no more than 1000 followers. and accounts are aged.

how active they are? about 50% of those teenagers tweet and retweet daily, other ~50% use twitter about once per week(if not less frequent). probably a lot of them have moved to other social network. mostly the users tweet their random thoughts or retweet some popular shit. seems that majority of them knows most their followers in person so they wont accept some random stranger. also a lot of accounts are private. but most of them allows you to view their tweets after you have sent a request. which means they are more or less interested in the whole twitter activity thing and now they are aware of your presence.

how to get a lot of followers? favorite or retweet popular tweets. best if they are something that is interesting to kids. i did some 'tests' with ~20 tweets and got about 10 followers in minutes. they all were bots.

are bot followers any good?. yes they are needed to keep your followers/following ratio reasonable. which as it turns out is very important. and more followers you have , more you can follow. so bots aren't necessarily a bad thing.

how to get real followers? filter out your 'victims' before following. look for urls in their tweets, check how many users they have followed recently, what kind of content they post, what is tweet/retweet ratio etc. i use 15 different factors to determinate if user is real. by the way sports fans and 'gambling enthusiasts' tend to retweet a lot and dj's are doing tons mentioning and posting links so dont eliminate them . oh.. and also post some content not only ads :)

that's about it from me.
currently i'm programming my whole social networking bots and setup. so dont hesitate to ask me some newbie questions ;)

Twitter bot followers people buying for very low rate such as 0.30$ per thousand followers Only :)
yes im aware of that but i assume there could be problems with my accounts if bots i bought are getting banned.

Twitter wouldn't be a billion dollar company if half let alone 80% of its users were bots.

And there are WAY more REAL users than internet marketers.

i was being a bit sarcastic.haven't done proper analysis yet, but this is my impression form having a quick look at 100k random users.

yeah, what thing for sure is that it's full of bots :D. I'm myself running 2 atm, and plan to launch a few more in the future. It's a nice platform, but I haven't got anywhere yet with twitter. I'm lame ass. I plan to make my own personal account a bot one. I don't really care about it
