i got this from dori friend...
1) It's looking like blog comment links are one of the "type" of links
that Google now just plain out ignores (no penalty given, just ignores).
So for now, don't waste your money on them.
2) The old myth of linking FROM your sites home page TO your site's
home page was CONFIRMED, and does boost a positive ranking signal.
3) You can make two inner links = one external link.
4) Some link shorten'ers will pass link juice.
5) Avoid these Web 2.0 sites to get links from: LiveJournal & About.me
6) Have you ever heard of "Link Echo?" Well we tested it and it's a
fact that sites will retain juice for a period of time after the link to
it has been deleted or changed. This is what the big boys do.
7) Links in Facebook have no power as is. But, there is a way to make
them "go nuclear" ...
Sharing.
The post that contains the link needs to be naturally shared to nuke
up those links.
