Been around the FB ads scene for a few years now, and one thing’s stayed consistent — launching cold accounts is a fast way to get flagged, limited, or burned. In 2025, it’s even more brutal with stricter behavior detection and ad review systems.

One thing I’ve learned the hard way:
✅ Aged accounts ≠ Safe accounts
✅ Clean BM ≠ Scalable BM
It’s all about the setup, warm-up process, and login environment.

Some notes from what I’ve been doing recently:

  • Warming up for 3–5 days with real browsing behavior (scroll, click, engage)
  • Syncing login locations and proxies (avoid instant trust score hits)
  • Creating a usage routine that mimics natural activity
  • Never pushing hard budgets right away — especially not on Day 1

Also, I’ve seen a lot of people burn good assets just because they jump in too fast, or test on unstable BMs. Sometimes even decent BMs with good feedback can still trigger flags if the environment’s off.

Not here to sell anything — just dropping my experience in case someone’s been going through the same headaches.
That said, I’ve been supporting a few agency partners lately with access to pre-warmed setups (for ecom, lead gen, info products) — and happy to exchange ideas if anyone wants to chat.

Would love to hear what others are doing differently in this crazy FB ecosystem.

Yes, true. Starting with new accounts too fast gets them blocked. I also wait for few days ,use same IP and location, and spend less amount initially. Just make it natural.
