From Fortune mag online, a couple days ago... Code: http://fortune.com/2015/11/10/consumers-writing-negative-reviews-online/ "One study in 2014 found that 39% of consumers read online reviews on a regular basis, up from 32% in 2013." "Another survey found that 61% of shoppers will read product reviews before making a purchase." Also note the discussion of "gag clauses", and companies using them to sue posters of negative reviews. IDK. As a consumer, this would be a red flag on the trustworthiness of the business, IMHO.
