Some sort of script

Hi

I own a arcade website and im looking for a script or bot to beable to download images and games (.swf files) from other sites and then upload them to my site.

I was talking to guy before and he was showing me how to do it, through excel sheets but then i needed him to send me a couple of scripts which he said he would, but of course he has disappeared.

Can anyone help me out and il pay you of course.
