I have many images on my website.
Would it be better to have images on my website as following :


Name of image : suzuki coloring pages 001
Alt text : Suzuki coloring pages 001


Or


Name of image : suzuki coloring pages 001
Alt text : Suzuki coloring pages printable kids


So i would continue adding the name of the images just as , 001, 002, 003 and so on and change the alt text for every image is that good for seo ?

You can have the below:

Name of image : suzuki coloring pages 001
Alt text : Suzuki coloring pages printable kids


Google doesn't read the images completely, but it checks for duplicated images.
Alt texts help search engines to understand the webpage when it has only images.

Actually google wont crawl images, but it is good to save the images with proper name. Having images in a post is really impressive it makes readers to understand the article easily.

I would use insert RELATIVE keywords to the alt text to be safe, the main point is to not to have duplicate images.
Then you should be good.

Blacklinks, content and keywords are more important, focus on them instead.

I guess its a good decision to avoid being detected as duplicated images by Google.
