Some seo ranking questions

I've been playing with Traffictravis for couple days, trying to learn more about rankings in G, so i keyword-researched for "club music" and this thing took my interest:
The "hotnewplaylist" web site ranks 9 place with such low number(49) of backlinks.
Can someone tell me, what could be the major factor here?
I researched backlinks, all are PR0 except for one PR4. Could this be 'it'?

And pls don't blame me if i missed something obvious here

Search the website in Google and there is tons of results. Plus hundreds of quality pages of on topic content. It isn't all about backlinks.

Yep it's got decent content. Remember Google doesn't really care about PR anymore so don't always be fooled by low PR!
