Recently I was reviewing my website and I found some differences:
The blog I published is a second-level page, /how-to.....
rather than the common /blog/how-to.....

In my previous study, I thought that Google's ranking of a website is like reviewing a role, we must indicate our own identity, what we do...EEAT you know.

Back to the topic, my website is a website to introduce products, and I hope that keywords about products will win rankings. So will this make Google misunderstand my identity? Do I need to redirect my blog page hierarchy? For now, everything is fine with my website.

Google prioritizes rankings based on content quality, relevance, and user experience, not solely on URL structure. As long as your pages are welloptimized with proper meta tags, titles, headers, and targeted keywords, especially for your product pages, there's no need to worry about the URL structure.

There are many ranking factors, some of them are quoted by @kabe, please optimize your website

Both of these structures were fine. It indicates that the content is a blog post and its not an issue.
